Community services

Carrathool Shire Council plays an important role in delivering community services to the five towns and villages of the Shire. These services include:

??         Providing Hillston with a doctor at the Hillston Medical Centre;

??         Carrathool Shire Multi Service Outlet, based at the Hillston District Office;

??         Australia Day Awards and Presentation Dinner;

??         WG Parker Memorial Library & Mobile Library Van;

??         Charles Sturt University Scholarship;

??         Hillston & Goolgowi Swimming Pools;

??         Carrathool Shire Council Community Grants Scheme; and

??         Carrathool Shire Council Social & Community Plan.
